Vinification
Soft and slow pressing to extract the best juices. Slow alcoholic fermentation at 20°C on fine lees. The vinification takes place in stainless steel vats. Aging: Aging on lees for 8 months with pumping over more or less frequent during the first months to refine its structure. The wine is the bottled by us. Certification : Certified organic by Ecocert
