Slow pressing without crushing. Thermo-regulated vinification between 18 to 20°C. Aging: Aging potential: 3 years Great vintage, nice balance between richness and freshness which is typical of the Loire Valley. This cuvee resulting from a blend of several "gris" grape varieties is a real wine of conviviality and pleasure. The nose opens with exotic notes while the mouth is marked with a nice tonicity.
