Vinification
The aging is done in 12 months in half muid Aging potential: 5 to 10 years 2018 was a particularly wet year with 1600mm of precipitation for an annual average of 600mm. Only September was spared by the rains, which allowed us to harvest perfectly healthy grapes. The balance of the wines is characterized by a great freshness and a nice minerality on the palate. Certification: Organic wine certified by Ecocert - Certified Biodyvin
