How are the winegrowers selected?
The selection focuses on winegrowers whose work clearly expresses a place, a gesture and an intention. Organic or biodynamic farming, precise winemaking, coherent ageing and sincere wines are among the criteria we look at.
Are all wines organic or biodynamic certified?
Available certifications are shown on each wine page when they are provided. The selection may include certified estates as well as winegrowers working with the same standards even when every wine does not carry the same label.
