Jura - Savoie

Jura and Savoie bring together wines of varied terrain, marl soils, altitude, and patient aging. The Jura offers a unique palette of Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard, Trousseau, and Pinot Noir, with topped-up whites, wines aged under a veil of yeast, infused reds, and characterful sparkling wines. Savoie, on the other hand, offers an Alpine interpretation: Jacquère, Altesse, Mondeuse, Persan, and Roussanne retain a freshness born of the slopes and a natural tension.

These regions are not defined solely by their unique character. The great wines of the Jura and Savoie are first and foremost table wines, capable of complementing mountain cuisine, lake fish, poultry, mushrooms, aged cheeses, or more plant-based dishes. Their appeal lies in this rare combination: energy, digestibility, a strong identity, and genuine aging potential.

Vignerons de Nature seeks precise cuvées, where aging doesn't become a mere formality and where winemaking freedom remains at the service of the terroir. Natural wines from these regions can be luminous when they maintain clarity: salinity, texture, length, perfect ripeness, and a clean finish.
